Junaid Khan, a 16-year-old boy was lynched to death by an angry mob while he was on his way back home after eid shopping in a mathura bound passenger train. He was accompanied by his elder siblings Shakir and Hashim who had to face the wrath along with Junaid. Shakir was stabbed at least seven times.
Najeeb Ahmed, a JNU student went missing a night after he had a fight with reportedly ABVP affiliated students. The incident happened in mid-October, ever since there has been no sign of Najeeb.
